- Upload your picture of Halloween costume created or embellished with at least 3 supplies bought at Len's Mill, and your Len's Mill Store receipt(s)/proof of purchase by midnight on October 31st using the form below (it's super short, we promise!)
- Come back in November to vote on which costume you think is the most worthy
- If you get the most votes, you win a $500 Len's Mill Gift Card! The top 2 runners up win $250 gift cards each

Contest Entry:
To enter the Len's Mill Halloween Costume Contest, fill out the form above with all the information required. If you cannot see the form on this page, email an image of your costume and an image of your receipt/proof of purchase, along with your name and the name of your costume to lensmill@lensmill.com. Len's Mill Stores may contact you to verify the details of your submission. Missing information may lead to disqualification from the contest.
Len's Mill Stores Contest is open to all Canadian residents of any age. We will only accept one contest entry per person - in the event more than one entry is submitted by the same person, the first entry will be kept. Missing information upon contest entry may result in disqualification from the contest.
We will be accepting submissions to this contest up until 11:59pm October 31st, 2025. All submitted entries be posted to our website in early November for voting. At the end of the contest, the results are tallied and the project with the most votes is the winner. Only one vote per device is allowed during the voting period (ie, once per month). Multiple votes from the same device will be taken out of voting consideration.
Employees of Len's Mill Stores are not eligible to enter any Len's Mill Store contest.
Prize:
Prize for Contest winner is a $500 Len's Mill Stores Gift Card. The top two runners up will receive a $250 Len's Mill Stores Gift Card. Prizes shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred.
The winner is notified via email to verify their information. If the information is accurate, an announcement of the winning project will be made on Len's Mill Stores website and Facebook page. By submitting a photo to this contest, you consent to it being used for any purpose Len's Mill Stores sees fit.
Photo ID is required to claim the prize. If the selected winner cannot meet these requirements, and/or declines the prize, the prize shall be awarded to the entry with the second-highest amount of votes. At any time, the prize may be forfeited and Len's Mill Stores has the right, at it's sole discretion, to select another winner.
The winner is required to pick up the prize at the Len's Mill Store location of choice or may choose an online gift card to be redeemed online at lensmill.com. The prize must be picked up within 30 days or it shall be forfeited and Len's Mill Store has the right, at its sole discretion to select another winner.
Refusal to accept the prize releases Len's Mill Stores from any obligation to the winner.
If the contestant makes any false statement, he/she will be automatically disqualified.
By accepting the prize, the contestant declares their eligibility as stipulated in these rules; and releases Len's Mill Store and their directors, officers and employees from all liability for any damage of loss arising from the participation in the contest or from awarding, acceptance, or use of the prize.
Privacy Policy:
Potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification. Winners agree that Len's Mill Stores may use their name or image for advertising purposes related to the contest free of charge.
All personal information, such as name and contact information, required to enter the Len's Mill Store Contest is collected by Len's Mill Stores solely for the purposes of administering the contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes. Len’s Mill Stores will not use your personal information for purposes other than to determine Contest results and to communicate with you regarding the Contest. Should you choose to opt in to our mailing list, your email address and name will be stored for this purpose.
Legal:
Len's Mill Stores assumes no liability for any loss, damage or injury including without limitation: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries, (ii) inability of any person to participate in the Contest for any reason, (iii) any injury, damage or loss arising from the participation in the Len's Mill Store contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize, or (iv) prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping.
Len's Mill Stores reserves the right to deny entry to a contestant at its own discretion; to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Creative Contest at any time; appoint winner upon our discretion; and the right to amend the contest rules without any liability to the contestant.
Len's Mill Store contests are not sponsored, endorsed by or administered by Facebook, Twitter or any other Third Party Service. By entering any Len's Mill Stores contest, all contestants release all Third Party Services from any liability.
The decisions of Len's Mill Stores with respect to any dispute, rule, or issue involving a Len's Mill Store contest are final and binding on all contestants.
Len's Mill Stores and its Creative Contest ("Contest") follows all Federal Regulations and Provincial Legislations and National Regulations, including, but not limited to (i) Criminal Code (ii) Competition Act (iii) Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (iv) PIPEDA (v) Privacy Act (vi) Consumer Protection Act.
By entering a Len's Mill Store contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules.
