Can I call you to ask about online ordering?
Yes! You can call our online ordering department at 519-658-0463 Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm.
Do you have curbside pickup available?
- We only offer curbside pickup for online orders at 50 Groh Ave in Cambridge
- Contact your nearest location directly to place a local curbside pickup order
Can I use my gift card to order online?
While our website is not able to directly process gift card payments, you are welcome to request a balance transfer to an online-only gift card. Send us an email at lensordermanagement@gmail.com with your card number and the amount you wish to have transferred.
When will my order be ready?
Orders will usually ship within 5 business days of order, and will take a few days for delivery after that. If you have not received a notification that your order has shipped one week after the order was placed, you are welcome to contact our online ordering team at lensordermanagement@gmail.com or call 519-658-0463 Mon-Fri.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order, and are usually over $10. Most Canadian orders of $50 or more that are placed through our online store qualify for free shipping via Canada Post - orders containing batting, stuffing and pillow forms are currently excluded. If you would like to order from us for free curbside pickup at any of our other locations, please do not order through our website - contact your store directly (by email, phone or Messenger) to arrange an order for pickup.

We can ship anywhere within Canada and the United States.
The item I want isn't available online, but one of your locations might have it - what should I do?
Please contact any of our 12 locations directly with your request (by email, phone or Messenger). Curbside pickup and postal delivery is available at all locations. Sorry, free shipping for orders over $50 is not available for orders placed through a physical location.
