Store Orders
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our website, we still may have it in one of our locations! Contact your nearest (or any) location to ask if it is available, or for assistance for any shopping need. All of our locations offer both curbside pickup and postal delivery services. Our staff are happy to assist you by phone, email or even Facebook Messenger (contact information available here).
Please note, our locations will not charge you or ship an order until we have confirmed specific details of your order. For example: if you request fabric for a baby quilt, no order will be sent until you have chosen (a) specific print(s)/solid(s) from the options we send you.
To help us ensure your order is exactly what you are looking for, please include as much detail as possible - colour, quantity, and fabric or yarn type, manufacturer, designer, and/or pattern name. If possible, include a picture of any information on the fabric's selvedge.
Shipping Policy
We can ship orders within Canada and the United States. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping for Canadian online orders over $50 (before taxes, excluding batting & pillow forms) is free of charge. Standard postal rates apply to Canadian orders under $50 and orders sent to the United States. Free shipping is not available on orders placed through one of our physical locations.
Returns Policy
General merchandise has 30 days for exchange or store credit. Merchandise must be in original packaging, unused and unwashed. Original receipt (proof of purchase) must accompany the return. Final sale items can not be returned for any reason, and include foam, pillow forms, fabrics & trims, stuffing, patterns, knitting needles, knitting publications, craft items, etc. Our complete returns policy with full listing of final sale items can be found here. Customers are responsible for product return postage if mailing a return.
