Contest Entry

To enter the Len's Mill Stores Contest, submit a request form with all the information required. Len's Mill Stores may contact you to verify the details of your submission. Missing information may lead to disqualification from the contest.

All submissions must contain our custom printed Len's logo fabric on the front facing/main portion of the project.  There must be a minimum of 6 visible Len's Mill Stores logos on the front facing/main portion of the project.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Len' Mill Stores Contest is open to all Canadian residents of any age. The same project may not be submitted more than once to multiple contests. Missing information upon contest entry may result in disqualification from the contest.

The "Len's Everywhere Contest" submissions must be made by December 14th, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.

Len's Mill Stores will select the top 12 submissions, and the winner from those 12 will be determined by the public.  The top 12 entries will be posted on our website for public voting.  If your project is selected among the top 12, we may require you to bring the physical project into one of our locations for you to remain a contestant (in addition to the original picture submitted).

At the end of the contest, the results are tallied and the project with the most votes will be declared the winner.  Only one vote per device is allowed during the voting period.  Multiple votes from the same device will be taken out of voting consideration.

The "Len's Everywhere Contest" voting will be open to the public until December 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.  The winners will be contacted via email on January 3rd after votes have been tallied.

Employees of Len's Mill Stores are not eligible to enter any Len's Mill Store contest.

Prize

Grand Prize for Contest winner is a $750 Len's Mill Stores Gift Card, $750 CASH, and some other goods.  Runner Up Prize is a $250 Len's Mill Stores Gift Card and $250 CASH. Prizes shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred.

The winner is notified via email to verify their information. If the information is accurate, an announcement of the winning project will be made on Len's Mill Stores website and social media. By submitting a photo to this contest, you consent to it being used for any purpose Len's Mill Stores sees fit.

Photo ID is required to claim the prize. If the selected winner cannot meet these requirements, or declines the prize, the prize shall be awarded to the entry with the second-highest amount of votes. At any time, the prize may be forfeited and Len's Mill Stores has the right, at it's sole discretion, to select another winner.

The winner is required to pick up the prize at the Len's Mill Store location of choice. The prize must be picked up within 30 days or it shall be forfeited and Len's Mill Store has the right, at its sole discretion to select another winner.

Refusal to accept the prize releases Len's Mill Stores from any obligation to the winner.

If the contestant makes any false statement, he/she will be automatically disqualified.

By accepting the prize, the contestant declares their eligibility as stipulated in these rules; and releases Len's Mill Store and their directors, officers and employees from all liability for any damage of loss arising from the participation in the contest or from awarding, acceptance, or use of the prize.
